I was at the height of my spiritual practice/career. People from all over the world were flying to Toronto to visit my space. I was sharing akashic readings and a variety of healing modalities. I was quite the celebrity at the time and the center of attention on the esoteric or metaphysical scene. After every event, I hosted a workshop or lecture; there were always loads of attractive young women waiting for me, ranging from actresses, runway models, political women and CEOs of large companies. I still had a philosophical idea of conducting myself in such a way to be attractive to many women and have my pick of them if I wanted (a pick of many has never been appealing to me). I was mature enough to understand when a man is in high positions of power, walking promiscuous pathways would always send the wrong message. Many sexual partners' lifestyle destroys the immune system and depletes many hormonal levels leading to ageing the body before its natural rhythms. Two options are available when this situation arrives, the 1st divorce sexuality from all life elements or the 2nd. Submit and be with one woman. If you choose number one, you need to be adept at the transference of sexual energies and use them for creative purposes. As men, we will access information that is not readily available in the lower sexual realms. IN other words, fasting from many partners sexually will bring you into lighter, higher vibrational thought-forms. At this time in my life, I choose number two, the ultimate sacrifice of that playboy lifestyle and picked one woman. She was stunning, a blond bombshell. A talented singer and performer and would complement our whole reality. Sexuality should be saved for family and morality; to be honest, this philosophy is much easier for a man to anchor than younger attractive women privileged in looks and talent. I found that I could still be that spiritual playboy rock star and commit myself to one woman, and I was now on my way to setting a premise for a functional male frame and recognizing mature masculinity. Long story short, it was easier for me to be with one than it was for her; she was more interested in the fame and recognition of being with me and available to explore opportunities as it would arrive. We choose to end it, and this would start my journey into Egypt and travelling to different countries picking up the lost parts of myself/ soul fragments. Egypt opened up a world of archeologists, postures of power, learning to read hieroglyphics in vertical and horizontal patterns. The Sinai Peninsula opened me up to a massive ethnobotanical journey of consuming over 40 species of plants in 4o days; powerful hash journeys in the deserts, secret Bedouin initiations and ancient tantric studies.
I arrived in Cairo at a small hostel that I found on the internet; it was very close to the Egyptian museum. I became friends with the owner right away as she was very curious about why I was in Egypt and very fond of me and the practices I was integrating into my life at the time. I knew nothing of Egypt, so she graciously offered to take me out at night when she finished work to get accustomed to the food/culture and introduce me to key people who would help me search and learn more about me. I received special tours of the museums and private tours to secluded areas that were not open to the general public. One woman from the museum taught me how to read hieroglyphics in a unique way called pictograph cybernetics. The images I would read horizontally then vertically. This method opened me up, and I began to see Egypt as ancient Limeira with lush gardens full of food; the Nile was a flourishing river with fish and agriculture; they would transport stone on great ships to build their temples pyramids. The pictures would show me ancient medicine practices and what would appear to be advanced technologies that we would call aliens. The images carved in the wall showed me massive generators and stage houses for agriculture that we call the pyramids. I was activated and aligned with Egyptology. I was soon put up in a larger hotel where, at night, I would share energy healing treatments and past life sessions with the various people that were connecting me to their lands and information. After a week in Cairo, I would start to plan my next destination with my teachers' guidance. I would venture to the valley of kings and queens. The valley would be a short visit for me and went on my own as I was now comfortable enough to do so and needed to integrate everything I experienced in Cairo on my own now. I was a little sad over the breakup. I was missing my practice back home but lucky for me, the excitement of galactic adventure feeling like a king again in Egypt, meditating in my celibate state around the beautiful Egyptian women that were guiding me. The Valley of the Kings and Queens was indeed a magical resting place; the valley of queens was where the wives of pharaohs were buried, known as “the place of beauty." The kings' valley was where the pharaohs and powerful nobles were buried, known as the Gates of the Kings.I got a more in-depth look into the stone that they used to build the sarcophagus. They used limestone and other rocks; they favoured black, gray and red granite from Aswan, a city in Egypt. One of the archeologists I was studying with allowed me to lay in one, and it was an experience I felt energized after and ready for the next venture into the Karnak and Luxor temples. The Karnak and Luxor temples are where I settled into Egyptology and better understood the posture’s coded into hieroglyphics. I studied various positions of stances such as left foot to right root extensions, hand/arm movements and the degrees of accuracy in vertical/ horizontal alignments in the body. In all fairness, I was tipped off about these postures before I left for Egypt. A friend of mine is studying these well before me. I just went into Egypt to the fieldwork. The archeologist was shocked at what I was showing them. I explained to the women that some of the stances were ancient meditation/active movement techniques, Just like Qigong, Yoga, or Vedic Mudras. All over the world, depending on geographic location, climate and religious beliefs, a system was put into place that utilized mobility, postures and geometry to harmonically attune the body with a different universal frequency that was arriving on the planet. Our body can be seen as a lightning rod (spine). The stronger the spine is, the more information our neurological system can assimilate (afferent feedback), applying universal/physical pressure to muscle flow.
A small crowd started to gather as I was speaking; some archeologists were waving co-workers and tour guide operators they knew to listen in on the conversation. I explained to everyone that there have always been two posture states. Active and Passive. Passive posture is when the body naturally assumes a position with ease. As soon as the body experience’s end range of motion, it becomes active. The active stance controls muscles actively. These statues represented specific secrets of achieving a particular position or spiritual connection, energetically and physically balancing the operating system we call the body. Muscles need oxygen; otherwise, they start leading to cramps, spasms and knots that nowadays we call lactic acid build-up. The body will begin to manifest our shoulders, hunch forward, lessen expansion in the chest, and cause weak lung inflation. I became very nervous as I felt the energies building up (I had to put the money where my mouth is). I was about to demonstrate the postures on the wall in my body. The crowd was impressed, and people were coming over to ask what I was doing. It felt natural and empowering to assimilate this ancient system on the grounds it was created. Later on in the day, I was asked to do a yoga/Egyptian movement class in the desert, specifically in the white desert, also known as crystal mountain. To make a long story short, I accomplished this with a small group of 30 people, smoked some Egyptian hash at sunset and spent the night under the stars with some dessert hyenas nibbling at my toes stealing my shoes. I would venture to the Isis Philae temple on my own. I had no idea what to expect, and like every other journey I took, I researched no information before I left as I always met someone there to guide me through the gates of education and mystery. I had no clue when I entered this temple of what I was about to experience or no prior knowledge of its history. I walked through for an hour in disappointment as I felt I was going to leave empty-handed. I enjoyed all the statues and hieroglyphics, but they all started to look the same after a couple of months. I read some of the information and listened to the tours happening around me when I veered off into a room. It was blocked off, but for some reason, I was not aware of the sign and walked past it. Boom, this room felt like a comet streaming the cosmos. I fell to my knees and looked up at the image of baby hours on the lap of Isis; tears were streaming down my face. My body trembled as I had a whole vision of these scenes that unlocked from my imagination. Suddenly, a man walked in with a machine gun.ak47 put me up against the wall and told me I was trespassing; he asked what I was experiencing and why I was in here. I began to say to him I was lost; he spoke and understood broken English, so communication was minimal. Longs story short, I was let go and walked out grounded. I got to see the universes and creation of Horus in machine-gun styles. On my way out, a heard tour operators explain that Philae is associated with Osiris and his sister/wife Isis and son Horus. Some priests claimed that not only was Philae the burial place of Osiris. But also the birthplace of Horus and the cradle of our civilization.
Recap of my Egyptology studies before we move into the ethnobotanical studies in Sinai. The Solar Systems and Galaxies can be seen as the phenomena of Natural groupings of mass. The constellations are not groupings of this sort; humanity’s observations and creations construct them. We can view over 80 constellations from the Earth’s North and South hemispheres. Most of the constellations would appear to be grouped from our view, but the individual stars are a tremendous distance apart from one another. The constellations move about one another. It would seem that they move with the Earth’s wobbles. Some of the constellations' motions can take thousands of years to create the patterns that we would name as Pleiades or Orion, for example. Due to this time span, the ancient civilizations would not only depend on one single star-tracking system, but they would build an entire astronomical center with several observatory sites, temples and networks of calendars to chart the sky’s transformations. An example of such a sophisticated astronomical observatory is Sarmizegetusa Regia, Chichen Itza, Luxar/Carnak, Philae temples and of course, the great pyramid’s in Egypt that I like to call generators. The locations mentioned above were constructed upon this system of tracking the noticeable regular movements of the constellations caused by the Earth’s geometrical changes. They would have needed a very complex and advanced system to chart the stars and understand the Earth’s tilts and wobbles upon its axis, such as the Earth’s movements from West to East that would give the appearance of the sky’s changes from East to West. The Sun, Moon and Stars appear to rise in the East and set in the West. Understanding the Laws of Nature was very important to these civilizations and their whole system of living. It would seem the Sun hovers above the Earth would move like a pendulum in a spiral pattern. Most ancient civilization’s believed the Earth was flat in the geometric shape of the hexagon. If you look back in history, you can see these spiral patterns located all over the world. Imagine grasping this level of knowledge without our current-day technology. We would have to think outside the box to have an inkling of how ancient peoples might have perceived. Humanity’s connection to Cosmos and the role this played in their cultures. Most of Egypt’s infrastructure was created to match the professional changes in their aligned stars, such as the Pleiades, an important time-marker. These stars announced an extraordinary period of the year or the starting of a new season. The whole system was ruled by the sun god Ra the bringer of light, creator of the universe and the source of all life, which governed the rising of the Pleiades and heralded the start of the essential rise of Sirius, a fulcrum point of the Egyptian calendar and cosmic convergences.
In Egyptian mythology, Hathor was a solar deity, a feminine counterpart to sun gods Ra and Horus. She was responsible for raising the Sun to the sky and worshiped in the form of "Seven Hathors”: these seven goddesses are the Pleiades, usually represented by seven cows, often associated with the Taurus and its main red star Aldebaran. Depending on the geographic locations and the brightness of stars would dictate how many were visible to the naked eye. This is why there are discrepancies throughout time. Take, for instance, the Natural Law of Gravity. The planet is not perfectly round or uniformly dense; the gravitational field's variances differ across the earth. The closer an object is to the Earth’s center, the stronger the gravitational pull. Gravity adjusts itself to height variations like mountainous regions and terrain types that consist of high amounts of precious metals and crystal formations. The ancients would have viewed gravity differently from my studies, such as the behaviour of heat and gases that we call thermal equilibrium existing on a flat geometric plane of existence. My field of studies was in ancient archeoastronomy, occult societies. My passion and where I excelled the most were ancient mythology, alchemy, ethnobotanicals and Social anthropology (patterns of behaviour in culture). Because of this research, I would lean towards a simple theory of nature’s natural tendency to maximize disorder. Most of the science these days acts on-premises of illusions and egos. One example would be in Romania, where I have spent the bulk of my time and research.Further down from the Orastie Mountains, into the valleys, and deep into the Earth's crust exist metals like Iron, Silver, Gold, Bronze and various crystals; these substances influence the force of Gravity or heat and gases and the humans living upon the terrain. The specific combinations of metals maintained the people, who worked the lands, strong and efficient, and this is the main reason why the Thracians and Geto-Dacians were at the forefront of metal trading in their age. Egypt itself is filled with crystal beds, especially in the Sinai region, where we will venture into now.
I was on my way to the Sinai region during a torrential rainstorm; the Nile was flooding over hotels inundated with water and a massive landslide that shut most of the road down into Sinai. I made it into my hotel safe and sound and waited for the rains to stop. Sure enough, the next day, I would venture out. I had no contacts and knew nothing about the area I was visiting. The locals seemed nice and pointed me in the direction of a coffee space where some of the English speaking tourists and operators hung out. I met a woman who called herself an Egyptian tantric practitioner. She showed me hieroglyphics on photocopied papers of ancient rituals or what she called Ancient Ankhing. The Egyptian system of sexuality is connected to the Universal Heart Chakra or 5th-dimensional consciousness. I explained that I studied and practiced some of this with the Mayans. Their system was more rooted in earth connection, using sexual transmutation to send the energy deep into Pachamama. This woman told me that the adepts would practice these ancient rituals before entering unique temples and chambers to ascend to higher consciousness levels. She expressed the desire to open my Ka and explained to me that this lifeforce had two realities attached. The collective that encompassed our source of rejuvenation or vital life source and the 2nd being the individual linked to our personal characteristics such as prosperity and health.
The idea of ankhing was very similar to the Mayan system in Mexico. When I received an erection, they would strip me down naked on the earth and show me how to pull the energy up and down in horizontal and vertical patterns. When done, I was so rooted in the ground that it was challenging to push me, the shaman had several people pushing and pulling against my body, but I became a magnet not able to be moved. Long story short, this woman would show me the Egyptian practice through massage, and it had a very similar experience to Mexico. The next day she ventured back to Cairo and introduced me to some locals who would point me in plant medicine doctors' direction. I ended locating a man who spoke very little English; he described himself as a desert dweller, a wanderer and a keeper of ancient holy medicines. This man explained to me that he had visions of a white/red man venturing into the lands of Saini to dance with much-needed rain for the region. My gift was a drink with “the Divine,” he gave me a small amount (Shot Glass) and told me to dress warm and walk the mountains. He would not share with me the composition of the Grand Elixir. Still, I remembered the conversation I had with Dennis Mekkana, we spent some time in the jungles of Peru, and I shared with him that from here (Peru), I would be leaving for Egypt. He told me to keep my mouth open to the burning bush. It was a riddle for me to figure out, and Dennis would not tell me anymore. We would say goodbye in the Peruvian airport as he flew to the Iquitos for the ceremony and myself to Egypt.
I would journey up to Moses mountain to see the sunset; it was dark and challenging. I began to feel sick and cold, the desert is hot during the day, but all it would get damp in the hills at night. I started to get a chest cold, and at one point, I slipped and fell and ended up hitting my head. I lay on the ground around some stones that looked like an ancient foundation to a home. I was trembling and dizzy and drifted off, wondering if I was going to die. Suddenly, I heard a voice, this voice said to me it's Elijah, hey Izreal (this was a nickname) wake up you found my house. I opened my eyes, angry and said, get lost. I don’t have time for any of this. I am very sick my head hurts, all of a sudden he spoke its elijahhhhh again his name became distorted. The medicine would begin to make itself obvious to me.All I saw were angels carrying many plants in their hands, ascending and descending on DNA strains playing trumpets, and chanting in foreign languages. I came to, and Elijah spoke again told me to get up and walk back down, go no further if I continue to climb, I will die; he told me to walk back down to the hotel someone will bring a plant to drink, but drink it slowly with respect do not drink it needs or in greed. He explained that when I finished drinking the plants, I would no longer live under a quarantine zone, and the blue star would guide me back home. I made it back to my hotel and slept. I awoke the next day even sicker I was constipated, and my lungs were filling up with water. I was concerned about my medical studies. I knew I was becoming septic, which was very dangerous if the body was not releasing the sickness. The hotel owners wanted to take me to the hospital. I explained to them I must wait and do not want to go; he was upset because he did not want to be responsible for my demise; they even offered a bit of opium he explained its medicine in small doses and is used for lung infections from the damp nights. I declined and walked out to the front of the hotel.
I was on the ground in the hot sun, barely able to breathe. The pain was running through my whole body. I decided to surrender to death. I welcomed it closed my eyes, and recited a native proverb to celebrate my end in courage with a healthy heart. All of a sudden, a man walked by. He was wearing an Egyptian garment covered from head to toe; I only saw his eyes and heard his voice as he dropped a bag of herbs beside my body. He said an Egyptian word that sounded like Aswan. He spoke English and said it’s a plant that kills infections, a natural antibiotic and walked away. I remembered the voice of Elijah to drink it slowly in gratitude. I went back to my hotel and did as instructed. It was a bitter flavour and a deep yellow. I drank one cup fell asleep. Believe it or not, the next day, I felt rejuvenated, almost like I was never sick, drank another cup and slept for the day. On the second day, I was up and moving around reborn the hotel owner gave me directions to the medicine man, and I left the hotel to search for him.
I ventured into a small garden; there was no soil. Everything was planted in the gravel/crystal ground herbs and vegetables. There were tiny houses and one more substantial in size. A man walked out and introduced himself; he spoke English. He was a doctor and Bedouin, and his specialty was documenting and growing the plants in the region. He took me under his wing and began to teach me about all the plants, how to pick them, brew them, and how to locate different species that grew in the wild. My days were filled, following him around learning as much as I could. He was very hospitable; he fed me traditional food cooked in the dessert, we drank medicinal teas, he took me into villages and introduced me to the elders.Longs story short, I ended up finding a home below Moses Mountain, stayed for 40 days fasting, picked and drank over 40 species of medicinal plants. I had a house filled with plants tied and hanging from the ceilings. I even researched to document the detox in several organs and the discomfort I experienced in my joints and muscles. I also went through my feces to locate parasites and mucus formations expelled from the body’s organs. I would walk up and down the mountains carry trash and litter that the tourist and locals would leave behind to show my respect to the plants as I would pick them (never uprooted). I drew the plants on papers and glued samples weeks would go by, and eventually, locals and tourists heard about me. They would show up for energetic healing attunements and wanted to learn about the plants; my secluded days became busy with people, and my teacher was very impressed. He came with a doctor from Cairo, they have never seen anything like it before, and the doctor said I was correct with my research. My time in Egypt was coming to an end. A man from the European Union came to visit me and told me the locals were getting wrestles with all the attention I was getting and the education I offered. He explained that these plants have been hidden from many people for a long time, exposing the plants' healing properties could cause some anger towards me quickly. He also explained a rumour of revolution and profound political changes, and what I was doing was applying a little to mush hope for freedom for a natural remedy. He told me to leave the country right away, and I did. I got up, left my home and research. He put me on a shuttle bus back to Cairo, and I was on the plane back home to Canada.
Here is a list of plants that i consumed while living in Sinai
Prosperity The Plant - Latin word, Polygonal Moazplenses: also called the wealth grape, the plant is known for its magical power of creating money. It grows small red fruit that looks like tiny tomatoes. They use this plant to treat the liver when painful.
Adrenals The Plant- Latin word, Astragalus: A doctor from Israel ran a lengthy study on this plant and found he could treat many viruses and infections (including aids, and the big mystery of Chronic Fatigue). The plant may provide energy through the adrenals. When your adrenals are healthy, you have natural energy flow in your body temple, and your body has the inherent strength to clear any unbalances.
Alkalinity The Plant- Latin Word, Chiliadenus Montanus: this plant may help clean the salt from the body, possibly restoring alkalinity. The plant can work with acid reflux and restless legs, perhaps cleaning the liver and kidneys. When consumed, some experienced passing kidney stones.
Breast Milk Production The Plant - Latin word, Mathiolla: The goats there loved this plant, and some of the local Egyptians allowed their goats to eat as much as they could. When the goats ate this plant, it could produce five times the amount of milk. The plant may also make the people who drank the goat’s milk very calm and relaxed, as the plant's genetic makeup can also give a relaxing feeling.
Child Birth: Sperm Production and Sex Drive The Plant- Latin word, Anise: The plant grew in the high mountains and was a popular tea for increasing sexual desire in men and women. It made them very sexual, possibly stimulating the ovaries in women and improving the sperm count. It can also make them relaxed.
Cleanse All Systems, Grace and Ease The Plant- Latin word, Capparis: The Bedouin people used this as food; the plant grows fruit, and they mixed it in with their meal if needed or just ate the fruit on its own. It may kill parasites, bacteria and worms in the whole body. Parasites may not only exist in our colon; they can also live in our muscles and organs. Sometimes we may have aches and pains in our bodies and organs because of these parasites.
Colon Therapy, Centred and Grounded The Plant- Latin word, Artemisia Herbaalba: May release the gas in the digestive system by burning leftover waste stored in the colon and stomach. The plant was consumed in a tea to treat gas build up by undigested food. The seeds were picked from the plant and made into powder. The powder was used the undigested food in the stomach and colon.
Connective Tissues, Bones and Joints The Plant- Latin word, Stachys: this plant has focused on healing throughout the Egyptian people. There is a story of a man who became exceedingly sore, so much so he could not move without being in pain. This continued for three years, and this was a very mobile and active man in the workplace. One night he had a dream; a monk came to him from the mountains and told him to drink this plant. He thought it was a joke at first, but he became iller in his muscles and bones; the Egyptians would call this pins and needles; back home, the medical community may call this fibromyalgia or arthritis. The man drank the tea, and a week later was feeling better, able to move more and eat food; another three weeks later, he was healed by the plant and was able to get his life back. I had the opportunity to meet him while I was studying.
Digestion The Plant- Latin word, Harbus- The plant can expand and open the esophagus and trachea so your food may have an easier time getting down to the stomach while breathing can be more natural.
Glandular Restoration, Speak your Truth The Plant- Latin Word, Salvia Malticaulis: The plant can be used to treat swollen glands in the throat; there are many glands in the body, the throat can be the most noticeable and may give us a sign to look at the rest of our body (remember the body can speak)
Integrates Gods/universal Will (Surrender) The Plant- Latin word, Verbascum: This plant may only grow in Israel. The people of Israel believe where the plant grows God's land, and it acts as a holy symbol. People from the Sinai area planted it, and it was growing in the area.
Home: the Celebration of Life The Pant- Latin word, Hypericum Sinaicum: Another of the 16 endemic plants to St. Katrine (Sinai). The plant was cooked into oil and then rubbed on the skin, used to treat the blood vessels as sometimes the vessels may get knotted up and twisted (you can see this very clearly when people are experiencing this in their body). They also drink the tea to help with deep sadness carried inside the body.
Immune System The Plant- Latin word, Colemeorabica: The plant may be used to treat all poisons in the body, ranging from scorpion bites to bacteria to the common cold. Our immune system can get very tired when defending the body from all kinds of toxins.
Increasing the Flow of Capillaries, Red Blood Cells, Blood Pressure The Plant- Latin word, Deverratriradiata: The plant can strengthen and expand the whole chest area, possibly allowing more oxygenated blood to flow through your system. In the medical profession, they may call this anemia (low red blood cell count).
Male Sexual Sensitivity and Release of the Underlying Emotion The Plant- Latin Word, Achillea Fragrantissima: The Egyptians used this plant to treat premature discharge during sexual intimacy. They boiled the plant and made a creme to rub on the penis, which gave a slight numbing sensation but did not take away the feelings during sex.
Our Pets, Animals The Plant- Latin word, Euphorbia: this may be a plant used to treat your pet; skin irritations, rashes, dandruff, ticks and fleas; sometimes, they may scratch themselves so much they take the hair and flesh right off their body. In Egypt, they boiled the plant and washed the animal in it, sometimes adding it to their food. Parent Patterning The Plant- Latin word, Meedid: This plant can grow new hair; most potions and lotions can be for the damaged follicles or roots.
Rapid Cellular growth The Plant- Latin word, Aphiona Scarba: the plant can be cooked into a powder and then eaten. According to the Bedouins, it can make your whole system stronger; the Bedouins use this when they don’t have the strength to climb and work in the summer's mountains. The air can get polluted travelling from the Suez area and be taken into their air system from the wind. I have seen the thick haze in the sky on some of the hotter days, making it hard to see the mountains from a distance.
Receptive Neurological System, Chemical Balance, Brain Wave Activity and Reset The Plant- Latin word, Pegamumharmala: The plant may repair damaged neuron centres in the brain; the Bedouins call the illness the shake and fall. People from all over come for treatment of seizures, from birth or trauma like war. I was taught that this plant has become very rare and sought after, it can be poisonous, and only the seeds that grow on top can be consumed. The Bedouins would use ten seeds a day for three weeks.
Restoring and Balancing Insulin and Pancreas The Plant- Latin word, Tanacetumsantolinoides: this plant possibly balances insulin production by healing the pancreas. The Bedouin believe a lot of anger can unbalance the pancreas; they use this plant on men who have no interest in women and feel anger towards them. This plant grows in Sinai only.
Strength in One's Inner Freedom The Plant- Latin word, Arthemisiaherba-alba: this plant could treat addictions like smoking cigarettes. They smoke the plant. It may be safe and natural. When burning, the plant can send signals to the brain to be receptive to a new program/habit. It may not be addictive and can be seen as medicine. The plant goes by the name “shi” and may also be used for treating viral infections, influenza and hoarse coughs.
Serenity Within, Stomach and Abdomen The Plant- Latin word, Thymus Decussates: This plant can assist with clearing all colic types, stomach pain, and abdominal cramping. When the plant is consumed, it may create a soothing feeling, relaxing the tummy.
Spirit Molecule The Plant- Ayahuasca: This plant is not grown in Egypt, but I had to add this one. I have consumed the plant many times from December 2008 to May 2010, and the effects have been profound in my life. We can have a naturally occurring substance in our brain called DMT, which can be a doorway into other realms and dimensions. The ancient Egyptians were aware of this doorway, which may be why they had such a great interest in preserving the brain. Some of us may carry a higher frequency of this molecule in our brain, and when we drink the plant, we can go very far. Ayahuasca can be a powerful psychedelic and can usually be mixed or made from the “B.Cappi” vine and mixtures of “P.Viridus.” Depending on the Shaman can depend on how many other plants may be added.
Survival The Plant- Latin word, Tamardepioltica: there can be a tree that grows in the desert with a fantastic smell, the leaves look fern-like, and it can taste like honey and salt; I tried some and was surprised a tree could taste so good. The herbalist told me a quick story from the Bible; a man was lost in the desert for 40 years, and his only chance at survival was to eat this tree. The tree gave him the nourishment he needed to survive.
System Reset The Plant -Latin word, Lunia Spenusa. This can be an essential plant in Egypt, as I was told there might be a large consumption of opium in the country, and this plant can work like our North American methadone (used to treat substance addiction) with few side effects. The plant can be boiled for 7 hours then laid out in the sun until the mixture becomes powder; the substance even looks like opium. The powder can be eaten, and it may relax the individual with a similar reaction as opium. It may become a gentle way to detox without the side effects or withdrawals usually associated with detoxing.
Tantra The Plant- Latin word, Concorus: The plant grows small fruit; the leaves can resemble the watermelon and the fruit that grows from it. They cook the leaves in a tea and treat sexual dis-ease. People from all over who engage in sex with many partners may drive to Sinai to seek the drink; they also make it into a crème and rub it on the genitals for exterior infections.
The Female Cycle Harmony, Balance, Release the Underlying Emotion The Plant -Latin word, Teucrium Polium: this plant was used for the female cycle to settle the cramping and ease the bleeding. It can also be used to treat constipation, headaches, teething in children, and this is a big one - treating the fat inside our body (fat deposits). The plant can burn fat up when digested in powder and washed down with some water.
The Increase of Blood Flow, Strengthen the Cardiovascular System The Plant- Latin Word, Rosemarinus Officinals: this plant possibly strengthens the heart's muscles and may treat aches and pains in our muscles by increasing the blood flow. The Bedouin people mix the plant in their fatty foods to aid in digestion.
The New Earth The Plant- Nepelaseptemcrenata: This plant can bring angry people into a state of relaxation. During my stay, I have found in Egypt that people can be quite serious over their belief systems and organizational viewpoints, more so than in most countries I have travelled.
Total Well Being, Safety and Security The Plant -Latin word, Menthe Long Folia: This wild mint may have a big difference in taste, smell and healing benefits from our common mint and may only be grown in the Mount Sinai region. It can have amazing results for the common cold and can be very relaxing and calming; it may soothe the entire system. The plant can only be grown near water; most of the plants in Sinai may not require a lot of water as it may only rain 2 to 4 times a year. If the Bedouins spot this plant growing in the region, it’s usually a sign that there is water nearby. They can use this system to help in drilling a well.
Wisdom The Plant - San Pedro-. I have consumed this cactus and done many studies with this plant; it seemed this cactus had the most knowledge to share out of any medicinal plant I have consumed.
